Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Eagle Car Transport Company ("Eagle", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Eagle Car Transport provides vehicle transport and relocation services across India, including open carrier transport, enclosed carrier transport, door-to-door delivery, express transport, luxury car transport, and corporate relocation services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after our team verbally confirms the price and schedule with you.
  • Submitting a quote form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
  • Final pricing is provided by our team after verifying route, vehicle type and service requirements.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is in drivable condition at the time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed.
  • All personal belongings, accessories, and valuables must be removed from the vehicle before handover.
  • The customer must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses and be available during pickup/delivery windows.
  • Required documents (RC, insurance, ID proof) must be provided at the time of pickup.
  • For loan vehicles, a bank NOC must be provided if required by the financing institution.

4. Vehicle Inspection

A pre-transport inspection report (bilty) documenting the vehicle's existing condition will be prepared at the time of pickup. The customer must review and sign this report. Any damage claims must be raised at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Eagle Car Transport provides transit insurance coverage for all vehicles transported.
  • Our liability is limited to the insured value of the vehicle as declared at the time of booking.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage noted in the inspection report.
  • We are not liable for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • Claims for transit damage must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Eagle Car Transport will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before pickup: Full refund of advance payment if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled pickup.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: 25% of the advance payment will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation after vehicle pickup: No refund. Applicable charges will apply for return delivery if requested.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp to our team.

8. Prohibited Items

Customers must not place any of the following inside the vehicle during transport: cash, jewelry, firearms, flammable materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, or any items prohibited by law. Eagle Car Transport bears no responsibility for such items.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Amendments

Eagle Car Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
